When stopping starting NT with a strategy saved in a workspace or when re-starting a NT7 Strategy
1. You need to flatten all positions and orders related to the strategy before stopping it and restarting it.
2. When orders are stuck you will get a message "unable to cancel out live orders.. Strategy XYZ was not started" so you will need to manually cancel the orders - then try to start the strategy
3. If you are unable to remove the orders - as they are "stuck pending", then you will need to remove the strategy from the chart and add it again- the stuck orders will remain but you can start the strategy.
4. The other way to deal with stuck pending orders is to "reset the sim account" to remove stuck pending orders - this will remove all strategies and lose all data and settings for strategies on a sim account -so use with caution
