Sound alert MA crossover does not work

Hi, thank you for the free download. The Bull/Bear rotations and the Trade signals works well on the screen, but the sound alert doesn't work. Can you please help me?

Unfrotunately this is now a known issue.

This issue is fixed in the NT7 version.
The NT6.5 version is available but development is discontinued while the MicroTrends NinjaTrader Framework 7 is developed.
A new release of it is due for this coming week - which has many new features - even more than the current release.

If you can upgrade to NT7 this will solve the issue.
