Error when using a strategy or indicator - Ninja trader indicator could not be deserialized

when I try to use a indicator or strategy I get the following message:
Ninja trader indicator could not be deserialized there is an error in xml
document(0,0)

This will be due to an template file not being the correct version for the installed versiion of the MicroTrends NinjaTrader Framework.

Causes
#1 You have not installed the new templates or removed the old indicator templates and have imported into NT via the control panel an updated version but not restarted NT

Cure
Restart NT
Or
If you can see which indicator is causing the issue remove that indicator template file from
My Documents\NinjaTrader 7\templates\Indicator\
Or
Remove all the MicroTrends NinjaTrader Indicator templates:
My Documents\NinjaTrader 7\templates\Indicator\
OR
Run the Setup of the MicroTrends NinjaTrader Framework and install the latest templates
