Horizontal Support and Resistance HTF - AUTOSCALE

I have put 24/7 and look back of 999 bars for one minute chart and i still don't get any supports and resistances. I attached a picture with the indicator, 24/7 template with 999 bars look back and it does not show the support and resistance for the 1-minute chart. Any other suggestions?

  Hi

  you might need to download historical daily data? 
  Can you see the levels on a 60Minute chart? 
  If not download daily data for the chart - please see video below if you are not sure:

  if this is simply a out of view scenario you will need to zoom into to see the levels or change the Parameter -SR mode to a different view if you prefer.

  AUTOSCALE PARAMETER 
  Here you can see you can set "Auto Scale" = True so that the 2 nearest levels will appear in view.

  If you can see the levels on a large chart zoom to 15 minute 
  then 5 
  then 1

  Please let me know if that solves it for you?

  I am waiting for a test PC that runs the SPY to become available to see if it is data. 
  will take about 30minutes
