MT signals volume price confirmation

Hello, Tom, How to understand and use as indicator the MT signals price confirmation ? 

Is seems to be messy. Should I use as OCO orders or stop limits on both sides of the arrow?
Should I use the orders at the edge of the arrow or high and low of the candle or open and close?
Should I wait until de next candle closes above or bellow the arrow, the high and low or open and close of the signal candle?
