bar color crossing a moving average

I'm looking for an NT7 indicator that colors the bars upon crossing an SMA. It should also have the option to color the bar outline differently in order to distinguish an upbar from a downbar when closing BELOW the moving average and a downbar from an upbar when closing ABOVE the moving average. I do not want an option to color the bars based on slope. Do you have anything like this? Thanks.
