MT Signals Scalper - grey area

Originally from ticket #3357.

This is a follow-up to your previous request #3350 "mt easy trader and scalper..."

I also forgot to mention that when the settings did not work it was because I don't see any long bars for bull or bear runs. I just see the area grayed out without any signals.

Gray area will out of session. set session mode=0 or alter the session times for signals
