Mt Signals Extreme RSI - TRADE SETUP RULES explained

Can you advise if the trigger for the above is the crossing of the RSI above the horizontal lines (eg 70 or 30) or is it the RSI Period crossing the RSI Period Exit?

Trade Setup Mode - 1 to 4: 

1 conditions exceeded - Long: RSI < RSIEntryLong. Short: RSI > RSIEntryShort - is extreme levels
2 cross over levels - Long: RSI CrossesBelow RSIEntryLong. Short: RSI CrossesAbove RSIEntryShort - crosses into extreme levels
3 cross back from levels Long: RSI CrossesAbove RSIEntryLong. Short: RSI CrossesBelow RSIEntryShort, - crosses back from extreme levels
4 conditions exceeded + RSI/Crossover/AVG - Long: RSI < RSIEntryLong + RSI Crosses Above AVG. Short: RSI > RSIEntryShort - is extreme levels AND RSI CrossesBelow AVG

It could be we add some more conditions or seperate them out to allow more combinations
