MT2 Trend Trader Setup and Entry PArameters - Crossover or Trend Line Rejection Mode

Dear,

I installed the microtrendsframework and applied it on some currency pairs, but there is no strategy in the package who gives any trades. Which setting can cause such behaviour?

Is the stratgey enabled in the general parameters of the strategy properties?

It could be money management is filtering the trades out- due to margin versus account or stop vs rsk factor
Using the sim only!!!
Set Positon Sizing =0
Risk factor =100

Is that verson 7.0.0.27?
Which Pairs?

is ther any error messages in the control panel log tab?

Please find attached the settings.  I've applied the strategy on AUDJPY (the same on EURUSD).  No errors in the control panel.  I use ninjatrader 7.0.1000.1 (latest version)

There are many styles of crossover or trend line rejecton and you can model in in the MT2.
If you have a preference for an existng strategy you to emulate I can assist wth the parameter set

Forex and Pip Size
For Forex you need to be aware of 1/10th pips
stop of 20pips = 200pips
target of 50pips = 500pips

MT2 Trend Trader Params

MT2 has 2 Main modes
Crossover
and
Trend Line Rejection Trading

Crossover Mode
Sgnals Group

Trade Setup Mode = 1 - crossover.

In Parameter Group: Crossover
MA Cross Over Type = Bitwise Flags 1 to 8 - Integers 0 to 15
1 Single Crossover
2 Single with double Filter
4 Classic Double
8 Double with Triple Filter

You can trade each mode in isolaton or mix it
E.G to switch on modes 1 and 8
MA Cross Over Type = 9

Cross Over Trade Entry Rule
This allows you to specify the price pattern to trade with n relation to bands around the FastMA - if no bands are set by the Fast MA Band Radius param then the fastmas is used as the conditon.

Customise your crossover
You can combine any other parameters you want to such as Candle Filters or Price Action
