MACD is being kicked out on exit transaction

Originally from ticket #1072.

Strategy is being kicked out on exit transaction; see attached log file

You can change that behaviour using the parameter:
MT Reversal Over Fill = 1 or 2.

This functionality is in place to try to make safe the limitations of NinjaTraer managed Orders within the strategybase order engine.
The engine is being re-written to an unmanaged mode - so we have full control and access to the order wrapper of the fix engine.
So all order related errors will be resolved in the coming release towards the end of january.
