MT Chop and Trend being killed without closing position

Originally from ticket #1513.

My strategy is being killed (live account) while running smoothly in sim.

Following messages:

Mirus 2nd, Buy order stop price must be above last trade price affected Order: BuyToCover 1 Stop @ 1.3168

Strategy 'MT Chop And Trend/eeee3d61643e40b8a57a030aa8aeeffd' submitted an order that generated the following error 'UnableToChangeOrder'. Strategy has sent cancel requests, attempted to close the position and terminated itself.

Strategy 'MT Chop And Trend/eeee3d61643e40b8a57a030aa8aeeffd' submitted a cancellation request for Order ID '35333455' has not been confirmed cancelled. Please check your account orders and positions.

Stupid thing was that covering buy was above the actual trade price and still being killed....

VT offset needs setting, make the MT Refresh rate smaller

Stops are trailed to Virtual targets, they need to be an offset in case price turns towards the stop
