Unable to Start Strategy - unable to cancel out live orders
When I start the strategy, I get the following error... This is obtained when I enable the strategy
My datafeed is connected and I am only in Sim Mode.... After engaging enbaled in Systems, window.... NT waits for about 2- 3 minutes... before throwing this error... I am connected to the internet (in case it is trying to contact the license server) unless the license server it self might be down.... or user error on my end?

In control Center:
Orders Tab>View the orders that are stuck pending cancel or are live and cancel them...
then start the strategyYou can remove the stragey from the chart and re-add it.
if they are live orders - contact your broker
