UMA Sample NinjaTrader 7 strategy

Hello, 

I am just trying your Alpha Trader UMA.. seems interesting..
Before I further into purchase, please info whether the UMA indicator can be incorporated into a strategy script.. or it is basically a chart-only implementation (manual trading)

Yes certainly you can use the indicator in your own strategy.
Via the Public Plots/ Dataseries exposed for that purpose -
The actual UMA/Tred and the long/short plots. So you can trade it in anyway you want to there is no limitation.

NinjaTrader 7 Sample AlphaTraderUMA Strategy
I have created a demonstration very basic strategy for you to see how that would be done using a basic professional pattern for coding. Please see attached script for more details:

1. You will need to download and import the indicator AlphaTraderUMA from here:
http://downloads.microtrends.co/indicatorfactory.co.uk/NinjaTrader7/indicators/
2. Download the strategy attached and Import into NinjaTrader - it is open source
