Troubleshooting saving a strategy setting

I am also getting an "error" message whn i want to save a strategy setting. I will just have to redo it over evertime... And it will not keep trading even whn i set the settings to 99trades per direction

Please can you say which Strategy it is MT2?
If possible please can you send a screenshot or video?

Scenarios
Possibly a strategy template has been set by mistake to readonly in the installation phase - casuing issues with saving
and/or your setting is being overwritten

Which is Similar to your Scenario?
You are viewing the parameters for a strategy:
1.You change a strategy parameter setting > click ok> then the strategy has changed the setting back?
2.You change a strategy parameter > right Click >Set Defaults > You get an error message?
3.You change a strategy parameter > right Click >Set Defaults > You start the strategy - the setting has changed back?
4.You are using the MT Settings at the top but are unable to save a setting there is an error message when saving?

Check Points
Have you got a Zone Setting ID set?
Zone Setting ID must be 0 - if you make a change and click apply or ok - as it loads the setting if not 0

Zone Setting ID
Have you read about Zone Settings ?
If you have a Zone Setting set it will overwrite your changes etc.
