ninjascript issues - database reset - cannot restore from backup

Didn't explain process so far in previous email-as follows
Installed new ninjascript framework after message appeared on my screen asking to do so from micro trends, so i installed, followed by Data issues with charts contacted nt, they said repair db
followed by update to latest nt7 version, still had data issues, contacted nt, remove all workspaces except1-so i did, still had issues, nt sent email explaining problem, io sent to you in case other customers were having same issues, you said install workplaces & templates, i did, problem loading templates, computor crashed restored to earlier point 7/11/10, still issues the same,
if this is nt issue i will contact them again

You need to come to MicroTrends at step1 - now I am unable to assist...due to the changes you have made -
In any case:
I need details to tell me the issue and clear steps to reproduce the error.
i am unable to assist without.
E.G What is meant by a data issue?
connect?
loadng a chart?
Which chart dataseries?
Which template
whch workspace?
is it connected etc?
When did you get that error message?
you cannot restore as you have change the version etc....
Start afresh...
Then load back all your settings,
sessions, pps, all the stuff we did the other day and saved..
BACKUP!!!!!
Import the framework,
1) Open NinjaTrader
2) Go to Control Center -> Tools -> Edit NinjaScript -> Indicator
3) Select any indicator and double click on it.
4) A new window will appear and you will need to right click and select
Compile
5) At the bottom of the window a new grid section will appear were you can find
the error locations.

If not - Please send steps so i can understand what "data issues" mean.
Are opening a chart?
what template?
are you connected?
etc
does it hang loadng data?
crash?
I am unable to guess your problem from "data issue"
a few simple steps are required with the problem...
Current State
Sounds like NT have got you to completely wipe your system, you have lost all you settings and data now.... Thats really not very good sounds lke they ran out of ideas on the issue. Now you have upgraded you wont be able to restore your old backups either so you are double bad...
NEVER do what NT says when they say reset your DB... that is like re-installing windows as a fix for everything....not the way...
Solution
You will be able to find the old database and rename it back again... look in the NinjaTrader 7 DB folder for NinjaTrader.old.sdf
You should still have the correct config file
All you need to do if it is a data issue is:
open NT
do not connect
create a blank workspace
close all other workspaces
open a new chart
blank
no template
does it load?
next
Connect...
does it load?
if not: then we need to remove some data from NT....
Disconnect
Go to: NnjaTrader 7/db/minute/ GBPUSD
remove the last week of minute data files - use the datetme stamp to see how
do ths for tick and day or just whatever the dataseres you loaded...
NEXT
connect
download data
