workplace template zip file contents

I downloaded the WorkplaceTemplate.zip file, but there is no templatesetup.exe file to install the workplace and template files manually. Please help. Thanks.

Sorry for the confusion:

After you install the framework it downloads the next version automatically which included the templatesSetup.exe
so there after you can use the templatesetup.exe

You will need to manually install the first version -
