Free indicator download - location

Originally from ticket #1047.

I tried to download the indicator and strategy., I downloaded the 1st part but was unable to complete the second step,
as I could not locate the zip file for the indicator and strategy

Part 1 is to run:

Part 2 is to import and the Ninjascript assembly
