Trial expired message when load indicators

Originally from ticket #1958.

Hi

I am trying to use you indicators in SIM mode, which as i understood from your site is free. I installed everything like in the video, i see the indicators in my list, but i can not use it. Whenever i add an indicator to the chart i get a message that trial is expired and i should contact you.

Hi indicators are free unlimited for NinjaTrader demo versions. For live versions connected to live accounts they will ask for a license at some point, strategies are free forever in sim accounts on live or demoe versions, however that is not related to your issue, that is simply that we need to release an update, if you can send in your machineID we can fix your current issue.
