Descriptions of Strategies - Framework update -Webinar rooms and updates

Looking at the online manual it says the indicators and strategies for MTNF discription and information is coming. Can you give a timeline when this might occur. Also I noticed the last software update was a year ago. are there plans to further upgrade??

Yes very much so, however the current focus is to migrate the framework engine to an unmanaged mode engine to avoid overfills which halt the strategy - default behaviour in NinjaTrader - which has caused a huge amount of rework and testing, the prototype engine was tested on alive account for 6months trading TF, GC, and CL Futures contracts at least until PFGBest collapsed and is a robust technology live trading- so this is being placed into the framework at the moment, after which all the help manuals will be completed, then going forwards more additions will be made and documented as we go this time. The time line for this new engine to be complete is around 3 weeks -
An update is due out for the Framework which adds a few new features between now and the major migration to the new engine - this will be in October followed by the next engine update 2 weeks after if all goes smoothly.
depending on the ratio of hours of development versus time spent supporting traders, we also will use and seed data in the new forum. http://forum.microtrends.co for walkthroughs videos, and general Q/A you might have.

Upgrades will be an iterative process to improve what is there and incremental in terms of adding new features and strategies,
also a database of results and setting that can auto tune your strategies based on trades who "elect to share and auto collect some stats"
i.e. Instrument, data series, session template, strategy, settings and some expectancy performance stats - nothing too low or in depth.
Traders will be able to store results and settings privately or publicly, or to groups.

So when you start a strategy you can simply say - load the suggested setting based on the remote settings database that you can login or view by your MT Control Panel

Some other pending things.... There will also be analytics available, expected daily range, high, low etc. historical levels and pivots.
, volume profile, levels database and signals which can be traded via an indicator/strategy etc.

Also you will be able via strategy inter communication modules to track and look at local or remote strategies performance data so you can decide when to trade or even for a strategy to auto start or stop etc. - by simply attaching to the running sim strategy.

There is also a webinar room in the process of being setup - so that at least 1 day per week you can drop in for live Q/A and walkthroughs.
