NinjaTrader Strategy Overfills

Overfills are the default behaviour in NinjaTrader and cannot be cured.
The strategy will halt when an overfill occurs.

The trade engine in the MTFramework is being updated at the moment to remove the NinjaTrader default way of handling overfills
and is aimed for end March/Begin of April 2013

The MTDoubleShotEngineFoundation was written as a prototype enigne and tested over 1.6 months on live realtime trading and is being migrated into the MTFramework - so you can be assure the new engine is a tested and proven technology for use as the replacement engine for the MTFramework - it also requires less margin to trade with as reversals have cancelled confirmed working orders before sending the entry orders.

When an overfill occurs
You will simply need to restart that strategy that was "killed off" by NinjaTrader when an overfill occurs, then check that posttions are flat and all orders for that strategy are flat within the NinjaTrader control center orders tab.
