MT strategies load but can't compile any of them - SDK installation issue

Originally from ticket #2728.

I have tried from the http://screencast.com/t/wVn5eoQ7ExlC instructions to instal MT framework with the appropriate Ninja path. When I load up a chart and add a strategy, it immediately brings up the microtrends control panel so I know the install worked. I can't compile any of the samples from a namespace could not be found error. I have tried twice to reinstall MT and still it can't find the DLL to compile but scripts do load up in chart window.

Thanks for quite reply. Let me clarify. I have downloaded the MT as a demo, it has nothing to do with woodies collections. All I want to do is compile any of your scripts. Compiler keeps giving me errors that it can't find your DLLs.

Error messages are for compiler only. Non of your scripts compile.???

Woodies Collection is not related to this issue - not sure of the reason that was discussed.

If you are installing the SDK examples - the installer should be able to add a reference into your Config.xml file
But sometimes is blocked or you might file replication - that is preventing or an anitvirus that is overzealous

If you have installed to the NinjaTrader 7 directory
If it wont compile please do this and let us know if it resolved

right click the script editor window > referencse > add > MicroTrendsNinjaTraderFramework7.dll ok
Then Hot F5 to compile
