instillation problem

Originally from ticket #2799.

when i run the downloader h get this message what is the solution

Download & Run Installer http://downloads.microtrends.co/MTNTF7-Setup.exe
Save to temp location C:\Users\u3000032462\AppData\Local\Temp\2\MTNTF7-Setup.exe
ERROR!

  Please can you install it direct it sounds like your internet/ AV is blocking it.
