Configuration changes do not stay the same - has been changed back after a restart

 in my experience, when a user tries to change a configuration

setting and it does not stick, it's usually because the configuration files
user-mapped section is opened by another process which indicates that
NinjaTrader is unable to read/write to a file location due to an outside
conflict.

Please make sure your Virus scanner or any other application that would lock
files have excluded the (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7 folder.

You will want to ensure that none of the files in this directory are being
locked, or remove this directory from your anti-viruses scanning list. If you are unsure how to accomplish this, can you please specify what the
name of the anti-virus program you are running is?
