Dynamic Trend Indicator versus USAR

Originally from ticket #3996.

Hi I purchased the dynamic trend indicator and I was wondering if you guys can do any modifications to that? What I'm wanting is the ability on the dynamic pivot to be adjustable; what I mean by that is I like to have use 'triangle' for the plot style and what I want is the arrow to be pointing up when it's green and pointing down when it's red. As it sits right now I don't have the ability to do that. Can you guys do that for me or tell me how I can add it to the code?

Sorry for the delay. You can change Plot Styles - in the indicator parameter PLOTS and select the styles from the list - these options are supplied by NinjaTrader - so you can chose a TriangleUp and a TriangleDown to be used like an Arrow.

However after examining that code - that feature is not available to chose the up and down...

You would need to use a signals type indicator.
If you use the indicator AlphaTrader USAR - you will see it has signals built into it.
