Strategies for trading ES and SPY

hi, if you could suggest a simple indicator for 1) day trading the emini
2) swing trading SPY

what would they be?

Hi

Personally I would never buy anything from anyone -only unlmited free trials so you can use something long enough to get a belief in it or count it out... and that can take months....

Trade with the trend
Do not Trade no many times
Use something that makes sense to your time and capital and risk appetite and style... scalp or day position trade/trend trade etc
First off use backtests and realtime tests learn how to start stop and flattten and cancel orders and the actaul nuts and bolts of trading with it....

Then look at the stats more - Practice then look to combine and to leverage seasonals/ ranges/ price cycles/ days of week and news days

Probably take trades at the session open in the first 3 hours then stop.

So a session open Trader for example
Starting at
8.30am or 9.30 for example on:
ES Default 24/7 range 4 chart
ES Default 24/7 range 8 chart
ES Default 24/7 15minute
ES Default 24/7 30 minute
trade to 11.30am then stop

Tip: work out what days are best and what week no and even what month
Look for congestion on a weekly/daily chart view - adn look for the breakout or bounce at support or resistance lined up with the open.... so you might use discretion over the mechanical system

limit from 3 to 6 trades per session
and maybe 9 to 12 per week
or a cash stop value

i prefer 1 to 3 per week and i let it swing trade - closing friday - but i am looking for multiple time frame + other factors to align - it could simply be i wait out monday and tuesday and even wed - and so look for a berakout trending thursday for example.;..

Robots
You can use 1 robot on sim 24/7 to guide you to drawdowns and stats - and help guide the usage of a realtime trader you interact with... - that is very overlooked intel... people dont realise that you can shadow or data mine information with bots you can use them for many ways... i like to keep the safety on... and let it trade when i think..
