MTDS Installation

Tried to install new 7.01.11.  Says it cannot remove NinjaScript 

assembly because of a file that has a programming error.  I uninstalled,
reinstalled.  Cannot get rid of error message.

MTDS is installed or uninstalled with the installer - any other method will not work.
