Cannot import indicators due an error on MT indicators

Originally from ticket #3730.

Dear Support,

I cannot import indicators into NT due a compilation error wit one of MT indicators.
See the image attached please.
How to solve this problem?

1. Please re-install MTDS - then try again - you will need to include all the SDK options during install.

2. Now try to import your indicator

3.If Fail - remove MTDS via windows control panel

4. Now try to import your indicator
If errors referencing MTDS -you have a script using MTDS which needs removing/fixing
